A low key caravan park surrounding a country recreation reserve tucked in under sand dunes near an attractive beach (formed by natural rock groins) and an extended surf beach.

All sites level and grassed (mown), a few shaded by cypress trees and hedges. Surrounded by open, flat, farmland and low, grass-covered sand-dunes.

Popular (crowded) at peak times; otherwise pleasantly quiet. Small laundry, play ground, hot showers, taps, shelter

Rating 3.3/5

Thanks to the park for the following updates.

Killarney Beach Camping Reserve is a peaceful retreat

Need a spell? Experience the magic of Killarney. A small rural area known for its peaceful beach and fertile dairy and beef grazing country, Killarney is ideally positioned on the Princes Highway only minutes from Port Fairy. Tower Hill State Game Reserve is a short drive to the east, as is the larger rural city of Warrnambool.

Killarney Beach Camping Reserve is based at the beach and is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from it all. Don’t forget to pack your rod – the fishing is great and a boat ramp is nearby.
