An open eucalyptus still site with limited shade from scattered Yellow Gum (White Ironbark) (E. leucoxylon) below a large dam.

A dry, rather poor camp with 3 benches and BBQs, potentially hot and dusty in summer. Rated 3.1/4. An old engine boiler and the dam are the main distinguishing features.

Situated in an open forest of Grey Box, Red Ironbark and Whipstick mallee (blue, green, and bull mallees) on clay and rocky ground.

Spectacular wildflowers in spring. A wide range of songbirds, especially in spring.
