Large, well established campground in Bundjalung National Park, with hot showers and boat ramp.

The campground is suitable for caravans, and is very popular as a fishing location. There is a good quality boat ramp, hot showers, flushing toilets and even a kiosk and payphone.

Wood fired babrecues (wood supplied) make cooking the catch easy. Fires may be prohibited in the fire season or high fire danger times, so it may be advisable to bring a gas stove as well.

The tent sites are open (some with minimal shade) and well grassed. Most sites have a picnic table and wood barbecue to themselves. There is drinking water available from the amenities block.

This is definitely not remote bush camping, and has more of a caravan park feel with paved roads and kiosk. It is, however a very attractive location and you can just about throw a line in from your tent site.

Swimming can be a bit dangerous here as there can be strong rips, however depending on the tide, you can find little shallows between the rocks that toddlers can have a splash in.
