Glenpatrick Recreation Reserve will be closed until further notice to allow for restoration of buildings and the removal of 3 trees and pruning of the remaining 100 year old commemorative pine trees.

The Glenpatrick Recreation Reserve Committee will inform this site when the reserve is re-opened.

Once re-opened bookings are essential as numbers will be limited.

Glenpatrick is a small scattered settlement near the head of a secluded valley.

The pleasant historic reserve is now only used for social gatherings (no pitch, no goal posts, no boundary fence) and is surrounded by massive pines.

The whole area is well grassed (slashed) and level.

The large shelter (with fireplace) and WC are mud brick. Old BBQs are broken. Read the sign on the old white shed.

White cockatoos are common.
