64 campsites over a couple of kilmetres along the beach in Bribie Island Recreation Reserve.

Gets very busy during peak times being so close to Brisbane. Bookings are required before you go so at least you know you will get a spot after 16km of beach driving.

There is also an inland track which is slightly softer sand than the beach run, but not too difficult if you have some experience with sand driving. This is a great spot for a family adventure for Brisbanians.

The only campsites with toilets and showers are those accessed from the "P" track. A map of the campground is available at http://www.nprsr.qld.gov.au/parks/bribie-island/pdf/bribie-oceanbeach.pdf

Fires are permitted in the provided fire rings only, and you will need to bring your own wood. Check for fire restrictions in the area. It is best to bring a fuel stove for cooking.
