Bush camping (no facilities) on the banks of the Loddon River.

Most of the site is a cleared level paddock, well grassed but open to the road and shaded by one fir tree.

May be boggy when wet. Backed by a steep lightly treed ridge and facing state forest (Yellow Box and Long-leaved Bundy Box) across the gurgling stream.

At the rear of the site the graveled access track winds round the hill to a secluded nook with space for 2 or 3 rigs, shaded by the ridge. This can be a pleasant camp but can be popular at peak periods.

Large, pre-built campfire sites, you will need to bring your own wood.
