An attractive, small, level site in a well forested gully by the bubbling upper Werribee River.

Well shaded by Messmate and Peppermint, surrounded by forested rolling hills with little undergrowth.

2 BBQs and benches.

A convenient late night stop when escaping Melbourne.

Two walking tracks (05hr circuit and 4hrs return

From Ballan: North 10k on the Ballan-Daylesford Rd [C141], just after entering the State Forest right (east) 1.2k down the Bunding-Blakeville Rd (signed) to the river.
