Suitable for and overnighter caravan stop in Bathurst.

Near the highway, so is a bit noisy but overnight camping is permitted. Could be handy if you need somewhere to park a big rig for a day or two.

There are toilets and water in the park as well as picnic tables. The park itself is quite attractive and is adjacent to the Macquarie River. Not much in the way of fish here, mainly carp with the odd redfin. Have been told there are trout in the river but a bit sceptical of that.
