Just behind the sand dunes and with sites suitable for caravans, tents and camper trailers.

Set in a natural, coastal, bush setting and with easy access to the beach, this is an excellent family campground. There is room for caravans, and plenty of level, grassy sites suitable for tent based camping.

This is an excellent spot for fishing, as you can access the beach. Try around the rocks near the creek on an out going tide. Alternately, further north around the headland is a good spot.

The campground is named in honour of Kylie Tennant, who was lucky (and smart enough) to have a hut here as a "writers retreat". It was here that she wrote The Man on the Headland
