Nice grassy campsite on the banks of a sandy creek.

Flush toilets (tank)

Firewood is not provided, and you are not able to collect wood from the national park.

Drinking water is not provided and you should treat any water from the creek before using.

Thanks to SubX for the following updates

Wheeny Creek does not have tap water available.

It does have BBQ's that are plates that swivel over the metal fire pits.

You can swim but it is not very deep however it is deep enough for a nice cool off or refresh before bed on hot sweaty day.

If camping on down on the flat ear on the toilet side, I DO NOT recommend walking around bear foot near the base of trees either at night or day. Funnel Webs are plentyful in this area.

They will not come near you or venture far from their holes. Just be aware of your kids and where they are playing. We have camped their many many times over many years and never had an isues.

I have not seen any on the other side of the road though.

Beautiful site. Very scenic and the sounds of the creek and birds is beautiful.
