Wollombi (Tavern) Campground

Last Updated Jun 2023 by c.j.b | Originally suggested by combicombi

Appears camping may no longer be available here.

Large grass reserve on the side of the Great Northern Road, right next to the Wollombi Tavern.

Large grassy area alongside the tavern and picnic area. Plenty of room, large grassy sites sutiable for caravans / motorhomes.

Well worth a visit if you are interested in finding out if the legend of Dr Jurds Jungle Juice is true (I won't spoil the surprise). Not very far to stagger from the pub to your campsite at the end of the night anyway...
