Well equipped and attractive campsite in Mount Disappointment State Forest

The Andersons, after which this campground was named were and old gold mining familyBeing reasonably close to Melbourne, this campsite is quite popular during the busy season. Also because of the excellent trail bike and 4wd drive trails through the park, you will quite often get groups camping here.

Getting there

This campsite is about 29km from Wallan.

From the M31, take the Clonbinane exit and turn right onto Broadford-Wandong Rd > follow for about 2km and turn left onto Clonbinane Rd and follow to the right to stay on Clonbinane Rd. It is another 8km, then take a left into Boundary Road.
