A very large campground with basic facilities on the banks of a small lake formed in Majors Creek.

The area is quite large with plenty of room for a caravan. The bare sandy silt soil may be dusty when dry, mushy when wet - result of being popular.

Access

This campsite is accessable with regular 2wd vehicles.

Getting there

The Campground is located on Mitchellstown Road, via the Goulburn Valley Highway, about 15km south west of Nagambie, Victoria.

The bridge has been replaced so good now, and a 2WD car is fine when it's dry, but there are very deep ruts in the campgrounds over the bridge (must have been very muddy in winter), so access is restricted in places, especially with a caravan.
