Pleasant bush camp on a ridge top grassed, level clearing in dense, tall cool temperate rainforest and Mountain Ash.

An old Forestry Camp, a few pines and exotics. Short alpine grass. The nearest and only camp site left near Errinundra National Park. Toilet collapsing under moss. Small dam.

Rated 4/5

Wrens, lyrebirds and wombats are common in camp.

Can be very cold (especially at night) and wet.

Roads may be closed in winter.

Access

This site is accessable by caravans in good weather.

Getting there

Situated high on the Errinundra Plateau, just to the south of the National Park.

Access from Mt Morris Picnic Area at Errinundra & Greens (B.A.) Roads junction: east 3.2k down Errinundra Rd (just past house clearing on left), right 200m on gravel track signed WP
