Bogan Weir

A pleasant riverside camp, suitable for caravans, 6km from Peak hill.

Bogan Weir (or Peak Hill Weir) is a large open and grassy clearing alongside the gum-lined water.

There is good access to the water and it is an easy spot to launch a canoe or kayak and he water attracts a lot of birdlife.

There are fireplaces, however the area was picked clean of firewood when I was there last so remember to bring some if you intend on having some marshmallows.

There is a covered picnic table
