Beautiful, walk in or drive in campground with direct access to Water Park Creek.

The campsites are set amongst tropical forest and are mostly even with a sandy / dirt base. They are well separated from each other by the tropical vegetation and small picnic tables are provided.

Bowenia Rainforest Circuit is a great little walk (1.2km) starting at the day use area near the campground. It passes through turpentine forest and ancient cycads as well as rainforest. Great walk for kids as it is fairly short and easy.

Water Park Creek itself is a top spot for kayaking and fishing, although think twice before swimming here as salt water crocodiles have been spotted in this creek. There is easy access to the creek from the campground and day use area.
