Rye Foreshore Reserve

Last Updated Oct 2015

Very large, council managed caravan park right on the beach in Rye, with powered and unpowered sites.

The camping area is between the beach and the Nepean Highway, so expect a bit of road noise. It is also a large park (174 sites) expect to be sharing it with many others in busy periods.

The real benefit of this site is the direct access to the ocean, which you can see from pretty much all the sites.

There are barbecues, showers and pay equipment, as well as a boat ramp close by.

Applications to camp can be submitted online via the website link.
