This is a pretty little campground right on the waters edge at Balgal Beach, near Rollingstone, QLD

There is a grassy area (no vehicle access) right on the foreshore and plenty of parking.Camping in your vehicle is prohibited. There is a 48hour maximum stay.

Both sites at Balgal Beach are free campgrounds, this one seems to be popular with the younger crowd and can get a bit noisy.

This is a free camping area.

No bookings are required. You should have no problems finding a spot for a tent, but don't expect to have the place to yourself.
